GATC Scraper is a Chrome extension that extracts ad content from the Google Ads Transparency Center when the user chooses to run the scraper.

Data Collected

The extension temporarily reads ad data (text, images, dates, and related metadata) displayed on adstransparency.google.com pages. This process happens only when the user activates the extension.

Data Storage

• No storage version: Collected data is used only in the current browser session and is not stored after the extension popup is closed.
• History feature version: If enabled, collected data may be stored locally in the user's browser to allow the user to view past scraping results. This data never leaves the user's device.

Data Sharing

The extension does not transmit collected data to any external servers and does not share it with third parties.

Personal Information

The extension does not collect any personally identifiable information, browsing history, or information from websites other than adstransparency.google.com.
